Accommodation-related questions

    Can I use the Internet?

    A.

    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The password will be provided at the front desk.
    Wired LAN is also available in the guest rooms.
    All of these services are free of charge.

  • Q.

    Do you have smoking rooms?

    A.

    Sorry, all rooms are non-smoking.
    The smoking booth on the 2nd floor (front desk) is available 24 hours a day.

  • Q.

    What types of rooms are available?

    A.

    We offer three types of rooms: single (semi-double), double, and twin.

    The single (semi-double) room is 17.6 m² and has a double bed that is 140 cm wide.
    There is a separate shower booth, sink, and toilet with washing function. There is no bathtub. Guest rooms are located on floors 3 to 10.

    The double room is 17.6 m² and has a queen-size bed that is 160 cm wide.
    As with the single rooms, there is a separate shower booth, washbasin, and toilet with washing function. There is no bathtub. Guest rooms are located on floors 11 to 14.

    The twin room is 23 m2 and has a semi-double bed with a width of 120 cm.
    The bathroom is a unit bath, typical of hotels, with a bathtub, sink, and toilet all in one unit.

    Could you please tell me about the shower booths, sinks, and toilets in the single and double rooms?

    A.

    In the shower booth, you can enjoy an overhead shower that pours down like a squall from above, a body shower that provides a pleasant stimulating sensation from the side, and a "Wonder Beat" hand shower with a high-speed spiral water jet that rotates 1,600 times per minute.

    Since there is no bathtub, the sink is spacious and the toilet is separate.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.
    There are no child rates.

  • Q.

    Can I borrow air purifiers and humidifiers?

    A.

    All rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifier function.
    For hygienic reasons, the water from the humidifier has been drained, so please use the water cup provided in your room.

    What amenities are available in the rooms?

    A.

    We have installed a water server on each floor and provide special tumblers in the guest rooms so that you can enjoy water whenever you like.

    In addition, the following equipment is available:
    TV / phone / charging cable (compatible with three types: micro USB, USB Type-C, and Apple Lightning) / kettle / refrigerator / hair dryer / air purifier with humidifier / LAN cable / slippers / bath towel / face towel / body soap / facial and hand soap / shampoo / conditioner / toothbrush set / nightwear (shirt type) / deodorant spray
    *Please feel free to take hairbrushes, feathers, coffee sets, and teas from the amenity corner in the lobby.

    Is there a refrigerator?

    All rooms are equipped with Peltier refrigerators. Please use them as coolers.

    What time is check-in and check-out?

    A.

    Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
    Currently, we are offering check-out until 11:00 for guests who have breakfast.
    Please note that depending on your accommodation plan, there may be times other than those listed above, so please check the plan details.

    Can I leave my luggage before or after check-in?

    We will keep it at the front desk.

    Can I use cashless payment?

    You can use code payments (Rakuten Pay, dPay, PayPay).

    If I cancel my reservation, is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    If you cancel after 3pm the day before, a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
    In addition, 100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of no-show.
    However, this varies depending on the reservation details (number of rooms, number of people, etc.), so please contact us separately.

    Is there a safety deposit box?

    A.

    There are no safety deposit boxes in the rooms. Please leave your valuables at the front desk and they will be stored in the hotel safe. (Please note that we may not be able to store valuables depending on their size.)

Questions about the guest lounge and breakfast

    What is the guest lounge like?

    A.

    This lounge is located next to the front desk and is available for all guests to use freely and free of charge.
    Drinks are complimentary, and you can enjoy authentic freshly ground coffee made with a German WMF commercial coffee machine.
    The coffee machine also offers cafe lattes and cappuccinos.
    We also offer iced coffee and iced tea.
    We do not serve alcoholic beverages, but we do sell a variety of beers in the vending machines in the lobby lounge.

    Can I listen to the records in the lobby?

    A.

    Yes, we have record players available for guests to listen to freely.
    We mainly stock jazz music, but we also carry pop and rock from the 70s and 80s, so please feel free to check us out.

    What kind of breakfast is available?

    Chefs make omelets right in front of you, a wide variety of breads, soups, salads, daily deli dishes, morning curries,
    After the meal, enjoy some aromatic coffee.

    Is there a parking lot?

    A.

    There is no parking lot on the premises, but you can use the affiliated parking lot diagonally in front of you on the right as you exit the hotel, across the crosswalk.
    Please bring the parking ticket issued when you enter the parking lot to the front desk. Parking fees will be settled at the front desk.


    Parking lot name: Davis Parking 1 (34 Nishimachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture)
    ・Diagonally opposite the hotel is a self-parking multi-storey car park marked by a yellow sign saying "DEBS PARK".
    ・A large, seven-story parking lot that can accommodate 270 cars.
    ・Vehicle type: Standard car (width 1.9m x length 5m x height 2.1m or less)
    ・Fee: Accommodation use only (14:00-11:00) 1,600 yen


    To search using a car navigation system or smartphone map app, please enter the address "34 Nishimachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe City." (Depending on the car navigation system, "Lawson Kobe Chuo Nishimachi Store" may be displayed, but please note that the Lawson in question closed at the end of August 2019.)


    *During events such as Golden Week, fireworks festivals, and the Illuminarie, the parking lot may be full and you may have to wait a long time before entering the parking lot.

    Can I freely enter and exit the parking lot? If I stay multiple nights, will there be an additional fee during the day?

    A.

    There is no additional charge for parking in and out of the parking lot during your stay, but please be sure to bring your parking ticket to the front desk each time.
    If you are staying multiple nights, you can park your car in the parking lot. If you are staying two nights, it costs 3,200 yen for two nights, and if you are staying three nights, it costs 4,800 yen for three nights. You can also park your car during the day.

    Is there a smoking area?

    A.

    There is a smoking booth on the lobby floor (2nd floor).
    With the exception of the smoking booths mentioned above, the entire building (all guest rooms) is non-smoking.

    Are there any PCs and printers that I can use free of charge?

    A.

    There is a PC in the lobby that you can use free of charge.
    Printers are also available for use. [Free] (black and white, printing only)

    Are there coin laundry facilities?

    A.

    We have a laundry corner (2nd floor) available for guests staying multiple nights or on long-term business trips.

    Washing + drying course 500 yen (1 hour drying)
    Washing only: 300 yen
    Drying only: 100 yen (30 minutes)

    Additional fees will be charged for any additional courses added.
