Omelette

[Demonstration] Using eggs from Sanin, you can add up to four different ingredients to make a freshly made omelet that is soft and fluffy on the outside and creamy on the inside! Enjoy with demi-glace sauce or ketchup.

Fried conger eel

Fried conger eel from Shimane Prefecture, one of Japan's leading conger eels. The crispy batter and soft meat are a perfect match! Enjoy with sauce.

Dried rosy seabass

Its official name is "Akamutsu." As its name suggests, it is characterized by its ruby red color and large eyes. It is called "Nodoguro" because when it opens its mouth, its throat looks black. It is a small dried fish with a delicious fatty taste.

Nita rice

White rice and porridge made from rice that is so highly regarded that it is said that Uonuma Koshihikari in the east and Nitamai in the west. This rice is harvested in Okuizumo Town, Nita District, Shimane Prefecture, and is characterized by its rich sweetness, strong stickiness and firmness, and shiny white appearance.

Clam miso soup

Lake Shinji is a brackish lake where seawater and freshwater mix, and is home to Japan's largest catch of Japanese clams (Yamato Shijimi). The large, fleshy clams are perfect for miso soup.

Fruit and vegetable smoothies

A smoothie made with three or more kinds of fruits, vegetables, juice, etc. Get the vitamins from fruits and vegetables to stay healthy!

Dessert cakes and puddings in glass jars

The cake has a perfect combination of moist sponge and refreshing cream.
You can pour bittersweet caramel sauce over the pudding yourself.
