About accommodation

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    Can I make a reservation on the day?

    A.

    Reservations can be made on the day.
    Even if there are no rooms available online for the day, you may be able to make a reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

    Can I specify the location or floor of the room?

    A.

    Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee it depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    A.

    All guest rooms at our hotel are non-smoking. We have provided designated smoking spaces for guests who smoke, but please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

    Unfortunately, we do not have barrier-free rooms. Our front desk staff will do their best to assist you during your stay.

    Can I prepare fruits, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    We can prepare it for you, so please let us know at least 3 days in advance.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    A.

    We will keep your belongings at the front desk. However, please note that we cannot keep valuables, easily damaged items, cash, etc.

    Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?

    A.

    We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

    Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (10:00), an additional fee will be charged.
    ・Until 15:00...25% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・Until 18:00...50% of the basic accommodation fee
    ・After 18:00: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
    Please note that this may not be possible depending on room availability on the day.
    If you are a COMFORT MEMBERS Member, you can extend your stay until noon free of charge if you request it when you check in.

    Do you have a crib?

    We provide these free of charge, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that there are a limited number of these devices, and they may not be available in some room types.

    From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?

    A.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
    Contact after 15:00 the day before: 100%
    Contact on the day: 100%
    If you do not contact us and do not use the service: 100%

    If you make a reservation online and pay in advance, the cancellation fee may differ from the above.

    If you have made a reservation online, please go to the reservation/cancellation page to confirm or cancel your reservation.

    Please note that the cancellation deadline on the website differs depending on the plan. If the deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellation regulations may differ depending on the reservation plan. For details, please check the accommodation plan you have reserved or contact the hotel.

    Can I rent the entire facility?

    Sorry, we do not offer private rentals.
    If you would like to rent a private party, we have a banquet room available.

    Do you have any special plans to celebrate your birthday?

    We do not have any special plans, but we can prepare birthday cakes and other special items if you make a reservation at least three days in advance.

    Is there a children's menu?

    Although it is not on the menu, we can accommodate your request. Please contact us.

    I would like to use the facility for a celebration. Can you provide flowers, cake, etc.?

    We can prepare them for you, so please order flowers at least one day in advance and cakes at least three days in advance.

Banquets and meetings

    Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?

    A.

    If you are only using the venue for a meeting or conference, we can accommodate you on the day as long as the venue is available.
    For parties, depending on the number of people, please feel free to contact us and make reservations 2 or 3 days in advance.

    By when should I decide on the number of people and the arrangements? Can I change them?

    A.

    We will accept arrangements such as the food menu, number of people, and equipment approximately two weeks prior to the date of use.
    If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the details in the morning of the day before your stay.

  • Q.

    Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?

    A.

    You can make a provisional reservation. There is no charge for this. You will be asked to respond within one week of making the reservation.

    Can I have a wedding?

    A.

    It can be used for a wide range of purposes, including wedding ceremonies (chapel, civil, or Shinto), receptions, post-parties, after-parties, family dinners, engagement ceremonies, etc.

    Can I order the same food as I would in a restaurant?

    Can you arrange souvenirs?

Parking

  • Q.

    Can I use the parking lot when I stay overnight?

    A.

    For overnight stays, the service is available for 1,000 yen (15:00-10:00) for stays up until March 31, 2024.
    ⇒The price will be revised to ¥1,200 per night for stays from April 1, 2024.

    Depending on the vehicle type and whether the parking lot is full, we may direct you to a nearby parking lot. (Minibuses, large buses, trucks, etc. cannot use this parking lot.)

    Can I use the parking lot if I'm only using the restaurant or holding a banquet?

    ■ Mosoro
    On-site parking is free for up to 2 hours. After that, it costs 100 yen for every 30 minutes.

    ■ Banquet Hall
    When using the banquet hall, meetings and banquets are free for up to 5 hours, and weddings are free for up to 8 hours.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    The parking lot cannot be used by minibuses, large buses, trucks, etc.
    We will provide you with information on a separate off-site parking lot (charges apply).
