Restaurant Terms of Use
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we have established the following terms of use for our restaurants.

Article 1: Compliance with Terms of Use
Guests using the restaurant must abide by the "Restaurant Terms of Use" established and posted within the hotel.
Please follow the instructions.
Article 2 Sales
1. The hotel's opening hours and other information will be provided in the pamphlets and various signs provided.
2. The business hours and fees set out in the preceding paragraph may change during special periods such as Christmas and the New Year holidays, or in unavoidable circumstances.
This may be subject to temporary changes. In such cases, we will announce them on our website.
Article 3 Denial of Use and Cancellation of Reservations and Contracts
We will refuse use of our facilities (including reservations and contracts) in the following cases:

Article 4 Prohibited MattersProhibited Matters
In addition to the prohibited activities outlined above, we ask that you refrain from engaging in the following activities:
1. Bringing in dogs (excluding legally designated assistance dogs), cats, small birds, other pets, and livestock
2. Bringing in flammable or dangerous items
3. Bringing in items that emit a foul odor
4. Bringing in food and drinks from other establishments or for personal use without permission
5. Any conduct that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals, or any speech or conduct that causes inconvenience or discomfort to other customers
6. Take-out items other than those specified by the hotel, such as cakes and bread
7. Taking more than you can eat at a buffet restaurant and leaving a lot of food behind
8. Moving fixtures or damaging or taking away facilities, furniture, fixtures, etc.
9. Smoking in restaurants (excluding some areas (cigar bars, etc.))
10. Bringing in firearms, swords, narcotics, and other items prohibited by law
11. Distribution of advertising or promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc.
12. Using cell phones (for calls) in restaurants
Article 5 Accidents, Theft, etc.

Article 6 Use of the Parking Lot
If the Hotel or the Hotel has a contracted parking lot, you may park on the Hotel premises, including the parking lot.

If the quantity is reduced, we will still charge you for the final confirmed quantity.
Article 10 Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellations made 5 days in advance will incur a 30% charge.
Cancellation between 3 days before and the day before: 50% of the reservation
Cancellation on the day of your reservation: 100% of the reservation fee
The reservation contents include food, drinks, private room charges, and items ordered at the request of the user.
(Including souvenir arrangements, etc.)
For items for which orders and other arrangements have already been made, actual costs will be charged.
In addition, if a plan or other provision specifies a different cancellation fee, that provision will take precedence.
