We will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

Regarding the acquisition of personal information and indication of the purpose of use

When we ask for personal information, we will clearly state the purpose of use, obtain your consent, and use the information to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose. We will not disclose or provide the information to a third party unless there is a legitimate reason to do so.

We will take preventive and safety measures against unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information, and will implement prompt corrective measures in the unlikely event that such an incident occurs.

Use of Personal Information

We will use the personal information you provide only for the purposes stated above and will not use it beyond those purposes.

Personal data held by our company and its purpose of use

We manage the personal information listed below as retained personal data.

Please note that submitted documents such as resumes will not be returned.
The documents submitted by successful applicants will be kept as part of the hiring process.
Documents for all other applicants will be kept for a certain period of time after the end of the recruitment activity and then disposed of appropriately.
