How do I make a reservation?
A.
You can make reservations by phone at TOKYU HOTELS Comfort Center or at any of our hotels. We also accept reservations via the Internet 24 hours a day.

Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?
A.
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the accommodation fee if you contact us after 3pm the day before, 100% on the day, or 100% for no-show). More details are provided below.

Can I specify the floor or room orientation when making a reservation?
A.
If you have any requests, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee your request depending on the reservation situation, room type, etc.

How many days in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A.
If there are vacant rooms, you can make a reservation on the day.

Are there smoking rooms?
A.
We do have them available, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request as the number of rooms is limited.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
A.
The hotel and guest rooms (unit baths) are not barrier-free, but with a few exceptions there are no major steps and can be used by guests in wheelchairs.

I'd like to stay with three people in one room.

We have rooms for three people, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you as the number of rooms is limited.

Do you have a crib?
A.
We have them available, so please let us know when you make your reservation.

What time can I check in? Is it okay if I check in late?
A.
Check-in is from 15:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours late on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled.

Can I store my luggage before check-in?
A.
We will keep your belongings for a maximum of two weeks. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?
A.
We will keep it at the front desk, so please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Can I extend my check-out time? Until what time?
A.
If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (10:00), an additional fee will be charged.
Until 15:00: 1,100 yen per hour (tax included)
After 3pm: One night's accommodation fee will be charged.
Please note that this may not be available depending on the availability of rooms on the day. COMFORT MEMBERS Members can use the "Check-in" button at the time of check-in.
If you request it, you can extend your stay until 12:00 noon free of charge. -

From what age do children need to pay the admission fee? Are there any child rates?
A.
Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

Can I rent the entire facility?

We accept reservations for private parties of 40 to 80 people. If you would like to hold a regular party, we can guide you to the banquet room.

As long as there are seats available, we also accept reservations on the day of your visit.

We do not have a ceremony hall, costume shop, beauty salon, or photo studio, but we do accept wedding parties and after-parties. Please feel free to contact us.

Is it okay to make a reservation at the last minute?
A.
For meetings only, reservations can be made up to two days in advance if the venue is available. For parties and other events involving meals, reservations may be possible up to three days in advance, so please feel free to contact us.

By when should I decide on the number of people and the details of the arrangements? Can I make changes?
A.
We accept arrangements such as the menu, number of people, and equipment from 10 days before the date of use. If there are any changes after that, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a final confirmation 3 days before the date of use.

Can I reserve the venue temporarily? Will there be a fee? Up to how many days before the event can I cancel?
A.
You can make a provisional reservation. No fee will be charged for doing so. If you respond within one week of making a provisional reservation, there will be no cancellation fee. You can also extend the provisional reservation period.

Is high speed internet available?
A.
Wi-Fi is available in all banquet halls.
The Oak Room also has a LAN port for internet connection. 50Mbps (maximum). Free of charge. -

Can I take food home?
A.
Unfortunately, we do not allow food to be taken away.

I'd like to arrange transportation, can you help me?
A.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a shuttle bus.
We can arrange minibuses and taxis. -

About corporate contract services

What kind of corporate services are available? Is it possible to enter into a corporate contract with all Tokyu Hotels, Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Tokyu REI Hotels nationwide? Conversely, is it possible to enter into a corporate contract with only one hotel?

Either is possible. Please let us know the purpose of use (business trip or recreational facility), frequency of use, number of people, your company name, and contact information. We will contact you.

My family member (husband, wife, parent) is a member. Can I borrow their card to use?

Basically, the membership card can only be used by the person who registered it.
However, if a non-member makes a direct reservation, the special member rate will be applied even if only non-members are staying at the hotel. Please let us know when making the reservation.
In this case, points will not be added. -

For every food and drink purchase of 2,000 yen or more, we will give you a 2-hour service voucher, so please ask a member of staff.
If it exceeds 2 hours, an additional charge of 600 yen will be applied per hour.
[For banquets and meetings]
We will provide a two-hour free service voucher to banquet and meeting attendees, so please ask a member of staff.
Please note that after two hours, there will be a charge of 600 yen per hour.
Please note that we will not allow customers who have been drinking to drive a vehicle. -

Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?
A.
Vehicles over 2.0m in height, 1.7m in width and 4.7m in length cannot be accommodated.
Minibuses, wagons, large buses, etc. cannot be accommodated. We will guide you to a separate parking lot (paid) outside the premises.
