Monday, November 11, 2024, 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Details of the power outage

All electrical equipment in the guest rooms cannot be used.
Furthermore, if you are using electrical appliances (such as computers), we ask that you unplug them from the outlet during the above times.

The temperature in the rooms cannot be adjusted.

The hot water supply cannot be used. (Hot water will not come out.)
Elevator suspension (operating times may change depending on the situation)

The following times ① and ② cannot be used.
①From around 11:30 am to around 11:40 am
②From around 12:30 a.m. to around 3:00 p.m.

The business elevator is available from approximately 2:30 pm to 2:50 pm, so please contact the front desk for details.
Information on other service systems

Pay-per-view broadcasts will end around 11:00 a.m. (Regular broadcasts will resume from 3:00 p.m.)

Vending machines and ice machines cannot be used from 11:30 a.m. to around 3:00 p.m.

Tower Parking is unavailable between 11:30am and 3:00pm.
*If you plan to depart during the above times, please use the outdoor parking space.

The in-room telephone can be used as usual.
