Renewal on April 1, 2025
A taste of Hokkaido breakfast

With the theme of "Modern Grill Connected to Hokkaido", the morning buffet welcomes you with a menu that incorporates local ingredients. You can enjoy a variety of breakfasts, such as the Japan heritage certified "Charcoal Iron Port Meshi" where you can experience history and culture while eating, and the soft-serve ice cream corner where you can make your own morning parfait with your favorite toppings. From April 2025, the menu will be further upgraded, and new attractions will be added, such as a rice bowl with Hokkaido rice topped with freshly prepared ingredients by the chef, and a smoothie that allows you to eat vegetables and fruits deliciously and easily!

Certified Japanese Heritage "Coal, Iron and Port Meal"

Muroran Yakitori

Muroran Yakitori

It is said that this name comes from the fact that in the past, pork innards and wild chicken were served on a skewer together in Muroran. It is characterized by a sweet and spicy, rich sauce, and is typically served with Western mustard. Take a big bite and eat it.
*The "Sumitetsukomeshi" menu changes every month.

Ashibetsu Gatatan

Ashibetsu Gatatan

The taste of Ashibetsu is hearty, piping hot and thick, simple yet full of energy. The soup is lightly salted and packed with vegetables. At restaurants in Ashibetsu, Hokkaido, you can enjoy ramen, fried rice, fried noodles, and other dishes with added twists.

Cooking demonstration

Abe Poultry Farm's Shimokawa Rokuro enzyme eggs and real snow crab with thickened sauce

A luxurious crab ball made with brand eggs from Shimokawa Town in the nature-rich northern part of Hokkaido and shredded boiled snow crab meat. The fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth crab balls on hot rice will bring happiness to your mouth.

Grilled salmon bowl
Topped with salmon roe

By grilling the salmon, you can enjoy a texture that is slightly different from raw salmon. It is flavored with sweet soy sauce, but you can also add your favorite condiments from the buffet corner. This is a dish that we recommend for those who prefer grilled fish in the morning.

Grilled Wagyu beef rice bowl

Thinly sliced wagyu beef is lightly grilled and then dipped in a special sauce (soy sauce-based grated onion sauce), making this a simple yet delicious bowl of rice. The natural umami of the meat and the sweetness of the fat will fill your mouth with happiness. This is the perfect bowl of rice to start your day off right.

Two varieties are offered on a rotating basis each day.

The menu is an example and changes daily.
