"Donguri" is a freshly baked bread shop in Sapporo.
It all started as a small coffee shop. Its roots lie in 1983, when it began operating as a coffee shop in Maruyama, Sapporo. The name "Coffee House Donguri" came from the acorn trees that grew on the mountain behind the shop. It later restarted as a bakery in Misono Market, and in response to a local request for "bread that tastes like a side dish," its "chikuwa bread" with tuna mayonnaise became a beloved bread among Sapporo residents. Donguri, which started as a small shop, now has several stores in and around Sapporo. On the basement floor of COCONO SUSUKINO, there are many breads made with homemade ingredients, offering an exciting treasure hunt-like experience.
