A small Greek yogurt specialty store located deep in the mountains of Fukagawa City, Hokkaido. "F" sits leisurely on the hill of Irumu, overlooking the Sorachi Plain. F's Greek yogurt is made using traditional methods, with each yogurt strained by hand over a long period of time. The CEO first tried Greek yogurt when he visited New York, USA. He says the experience left him speechless. Greek Yogurt F was born with the desire to share this experience with as many people as possible.
He says he wants the store to inherited from his father, originate from Fukagawa, and connect to the future.
