About the 1st anniversary logo
Sapporo Stream Hotel, which opened on January 16, 2024 as the first hotel of the lifestyle hotel brand "Stream Hotel," which creates opportunities to experience and discover new attractions in the local area and connect people and towns with a new sensibility, will be offering various first anniversary promotions to commemorate this. \First-ever sweets buffet with a full menu of food/
Stream Sweets Story ~Footprints of the Year~
The buffet will be available for one day only and will include a selection of seasonally themed dishes from the first four editions of "STREAM Afternoon Tea" (Strawberry, Jewelry Box, Halloween, Christmas), as well as a variety of sweets only available on this day. You can enjoy as much of the chef's prepared dishes as you like, such as roasted Hokkaido beef, pan-fried red sea bream, and Date Golden Pig au Foil!

This project expresses our gratitude to everyone for their support in successfully celebrating our first anniversary, and will feature a buffet of sweets that have been well-received thus far. Cold appetizers, Western dishes, and all-you-can-drink alcohol (sparkling wine, red and white wine) and soft drinks will also be available.

LOCAL PIECE: A "piece" of local charm
■What is Local Piece?
VI symbolizes the STREAM HOTEL brand, which won the Good Design Award in October 2024. Sapporo has a colorful original design that resembles local tourist resources such as bears and parfaits as a "fragment" of the region's charm. As hotel goods and items, they add color to travel memories and create connections between the hotel, guests, and the region.

Ice sculpture exhibition
We will be exhibiting "Local Piece" ice sculptures by Takashi Fukumoto, chef of Bar & Grill Splish, restaurant is a member of the NPO Japan Ice Sculpture Association and has won various competitions in Hokkaido. On the opening anniversary day (19:00-20:00), the Sapporo TV Tower, which can be seen from the rooftop terrace, will be lit up in Local Piece colors.
