(hereinafter referred to as TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts) will launch as the core company for the hotel and resort business operation of the Tokyu Corporation Group on April 1, 2023, and that Jun Murai, who has led the management of TOKYU HOTELS Ltd. as its representative director and president. As a new company specializing in hotel management, we will aim for further business growth by developing new brands that will be reorganized and expanded, while leveraging the track record of hotel management that we have accumulated thus far.

TOKYU HOTELS a chain brand operated by TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts, offers TOKYU BRAND HOTELS such as TOKYU HOTEL and EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU, as well as a lineup of more distinctive hotels under the "DISTINCTIVE SELECTION" including BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel, HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, and A PARKROYAL Hotel, all scheduled to open on May 19th of this year. The company is also expanding its portfolio with the launch of the lifestyle hotel brand "STREAM HOTEL" to meet the needs of customers with increasingly diverse values and business partners considering hotel management and investment.
