(Tokyo Shibuya-ku, President & CEO: Jun Murai) is pleased to announce the opening of "STORYLINE Senagajima" in the spring of 2024 as the first store of the new hotel brand "STORYLINE (STORYLINE STORYLINE)" operated by the company, Okinawa located in Tomigusu City. We are pleased to announce that we will be opening a teaser site.

The new brand "STORYLINE" belongs to the brand group "DISTINCTIVE SELECTION", which has its own personality in the chain network of "TOKYU HOTELS", and is "Your stay. It is a hotel condominium-type accommodation facility developed based on the concept of "Your story." For customers who pursue a unique atmosphere and unique experience, we propose "original stories unique to this place" that combine each place and hotel with a unique theme based on free ideas that are not bound by preconceived ideas.

Located on Senaga Island, which is called the closest island to Naha Airport, it is within walking distance of Okinawa's popular sightseeing spots such as the commercial facility "Senagajima Umikaji Terrace" where about 50 stores gather, and the shallow natural beach where you can enjoy SUP and beach yoga.
In addition, it is a hotel that can be used as a new base for staying in Okinawa, with convenient access to Naha City, Kerama Islands, Aguni Island, Kumejima, and other attractive remote islands.

All rooms have ocean views, overlooking the ocean in front of you and the scenery of airplanes taking off and landing on the two runways on the left and right. Guests are welcomed with a white wood setting reminiscent of a refreshing and calm wooden beach house.

The unique façade (exterior) of "STORYLINE Senaga Island" is inspired by the Art Deco motif of Miami, Florida, USA, known as the "Art Deco District" for its colorful buildings. With soft, wave-like curves and symbolic neon signs, the "Senaga Island Art Deco" style is designed to bring a breath of fresh air to Okinawa.

The open rooftop on the 8th floor features an infinity pool that looks out over the beautiful ocean and blue sky, as well as a natural hot spring spa where you can relax in comfort. Guests can enjoy a variety of views, including the sunset in the evening and the sparkling night view of Naha city at night, not only from their rooms but also from various locations throughout the hotel during their stay.

Ahead of its opening in spring 2024, the "STORYLINE Senaga Island" teaser site was launched on Friday, June 30, 2023, and official accounts on Instagram and TikTok were also opened.
