TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Shibuya-ku, President & CEO: Jun Murai) is pleased to announce that Tokyo Bay TOKYU HOTEL will close its doors on December 31, 2023 with check-out and breakfast due to a change in hotel building ownership scheduled for the end of September 2023.

For five years since its opening in May 2018, Tokyo Bay TOKYU HOTEL has continued to operate as a resort-like hotel facing the seaside, welcoming guests for sightseeing at Tokyo Disney Resort ® and the city center, as well as valuing its connection with the local community. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers and all those involved who have supported us so far.

In May of this year, TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts opened BELLUSTAR TOKYO (Bellest Tokyo) and HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU (Hotel Groove Shinjuku) in Shinjuku, Tokyo. In addition, we plan to open SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL (Sapporo STREAM HOTEL) in January 2024 and THE SENAGAJIMA STORYLINE (STORYLINE Senagajima) in Tomigusu City, Okinawa in the spring of the same year. We will actively promote the opening of stores that will become "travel destinations" with an emphasis on appealing to the global market and next-generation guests, welcome a diverse range of customers, and build a chain network with high brand power and profitability.
