TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Murai) is pleased to announce that due to a change in the ownership of the hotel building scheduled for the end of September 2023, operations at Tokyo Bay TOKYU HOTEL will cease upon check-out and breakfast on December 31, 2023.

Tokyo Bay TOKYU HOTEL has been operating as a seaside resort-style hotel for five years since its opening in May 2018, welcoming guests visiting Tokyo Disney Resort® and sightseeing in the downtown area while valuing its ties with the local community. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our guests and related parties for their patronage over the years.

TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts opened BELLUSTAR TOKYO and HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU in Shinjuku, Tokyo in May of this year. In addition, SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL STREAM HOTEL to open in January 2024, and THE SENAGAJIMA STORYLINE STORYLINE in Tomigusuku, Okinawa in the spring of the same year. We will actively open stores that will become "travel destinations" that emphasize appeal to global markets and next-generation guests, welcome a diverse range of customers, and build a chain network with strong brand power and profitability.
