TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD.
TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Murai) is pleased to announce that on August 1, 2023, ANDARU COLLECTION NISEKO (General Manager: Otomo Riho) has joined the list PARTNER HOTELS of TOKYU HOTELS, the chain brand operated by our company.
ANDARU COLLECTION NISEKO, which opened in December 2022 in Niseko, Hokkaido, is a lodging facility that consists of six spacious two-story villas of 118 m2 each on a site of approximately 9,200 m2, all of which can be rented exclusively. In the great outdoors of Niseko, we offer personalized services and a unique, extraordinary experience that you cannot find in the city.
From August 1, guests will be able to use the points program of TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS, which has approximately 750,000 members as a result of the PARTNER HOTELS agreement. TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS is a membership organization that will revise its system in July 2023, allowing guests to earn 5-9% points on their stay depending on their membership status, making it a great way to enjoy hotels at a discount. At ANDARU COLLECTION NISEKO, which has now joined PARTNER HOTELS, guests can present their membership card to earn points based on their spending and membership status, and can also use points earned on business trips and at restaurants to make payments, with 1 point being worth 1 yen.
TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts will continue to expand its "PARTNER HOTELS" that can use the TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS point program, in addition to "management contracts" and "franchises." By increasing the number of stores where members can earn and use points, we will increase convenience and meet diverse needs and usage scenarios. In addition, hotel owners will be able to receive benefits from the partnership through customer referrals and customer referrals. By creating mutual value, we aim to expand our customer base and chain network, and grow our business.
