Notice of termination of franchise contract for Yonezawa EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU
(The hotel will close on May 27, 2024, and will reopen as DEN'S HOTEL Yonezawa on June 1.)

TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Murai) has signed a franchise agreement with DEN ORIENTAL RELATIONS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture; President and CEO: Hiroyuki Tanabe) to operate the Yonezawa EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU However, the company has decided to terminate the franchise agreement on May 27, 2024.
Operations as Yonezawa EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU will end with the stay on May 26, 2024 (breakfast on May 27). From June 1, 2024, the hotel will continue to operate under the following names:
