Membership organization "COMFORT MEMBERS" expands points redemption scope and starts donation program on October 1, 2024

TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Murai) will launch a program on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, as part of the points exchange menu of the membership organization operated by the company, "TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS." This program will allow users to donate points earned from hotel stays to "Make-A-Wish of Japan" (hereinafter "Make-A-Wish"), a volunteer organization that continues to work to make the dreams of children battling serious illnesses come true, giving them the will to live and the courage to fight illness.

Make-A-Wish is a non-profit volunteer organization established with the hope of granting the dreams of children between the ages of 3 and 18 who are battling serious illnesses, and giving them the strength to live and the courage to fight against illness. We are also aware of the importance of non-profit organizations in society, and aim to be a meaningful presence that provides a "place" for social contribution. Our company has previously worked with Make-A-Wish as part of our social contribution efforts, supporting the organization by making each hotel we operate a place where dreams can come true, but we have planned this donation program with the desire to further support the "realization of dreams."

TOKYU HOTELS' membership organization, "COMFORT MEMBERS," allows customers to accumulate points of 5% to 9% depending on their stay at the hotel. These points can be used for payment at the hotel (1 point = 1 yen), and can also be exchanged for TOKYU HOTELS gift cards and other items. This donation program adds a "Donation to Make-A-Wish" option to the exchange menu, and the company will donate the equivalent amount of exchanged points to the organization (※) as operating funds. As we continue to cooperate with the hotels, the generosity of our customers will help expand the scope of Make-A-Wish's activities.

TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts will continue to work with local communities and customers on socially meaningful initiatives.
