We will operate the world's first hydrogen hotel, KAWASAKI KING SKYFRONT TOKYU REI HOTEL decarbonized, recycling-oriented hotel that converts used plastic into energy and uses it for this purpose. We will also switch our electricity contracts at other stores to renewable energy, contributing to reducing CO2 emissions.

In order to reduce and recycle food waste, we will continue to innovate in our processes from purchase to disposal, implement food loss prevention measures, and work to eliminate single-use plastics, thereby contributing to the realization of a recycling-oriented society.

We actively participate in local events, such as Tokyu-kai activities, cleaning activities, sports events, etc., and also introduce hometown tax donations and local production and consumption, thereby contributing to the development of the region while nurturing and protecting the local culture.

In the event of a major earthquake or other disaster, we will act with the utmost priority on ensuring the safety of the lives and property of our guests and employees, and in the spirit of mutual assistance, we will make every effort to accommodate those unable to return home and to resume hotel operations as soon as possible.

We will protect safety and security by preparing manuals, acquiring specialized knowledge, and undergoing various training to prevent the three major risks facing hotels: fire, food poisoning, and information leaks.
