For guests staying multiple nights

TOKYU HOTELS aims to be an "earth-friendly hotel" that places a minimal burden on the global environment.

Earth Friendly Stay

Earth Friendly Stay

We ask guests staying multiple nights to cooperate with the "Earth Friendly Stay" initiative.
During your stay, your room will be cleaned and your linen will be changed every 3 days. By minimizing the change, we aim to reduce the resources used for cleaning.

  • We will refrain from cleaning your room during your stay.

  • Guests who wish to have their room cleaned should hang the "Makeup (please clean)" card on the door handle on the hallway side by the time designated by each hotel.
For long-term stays (three nights or more), rooms will be cleaned every three nights.

  • If you would like to have your towels replaced, please contact the front desk.

  • If cleaning is not required, we will donate the money to an environmental conservation fund.

Green Card

Earth-friendly "Green Card"

For guests staying multiple nights, when the Green Card is placed on the outside door knob, the following three bedding items (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase) and four towels (bath towel, face towel, hand towel, bath mat) will not be replaced during room cleaning. By minimizing replacement, we contribute to reducing the burden on the global environment.

To ensure our guests' comfort, we limit consecutive bedding use to three nights.

Sustainable Initiatives

If you do not use any of the eligible amenities during your stay, please bring the provided Green Coins to the front desk to be used as a fund for environmental conservation activities.

For consecutive nights, rooms will be cleaned and linen changed every 3 days. By minimizing linen changes, we contribute to reducing the burden on the global environment.

KAWASAKI KING SKYFRONT TOKYU REI HOTEL has contributed to reducing CO2 emissions as the world's first hydrogen hotel, with approximately 30% of the hotel's energy coming from hydrogen. Under a new scheme, the hotel plans to resume hydrogen power generation as a "hydrogen hotel" from 2023.

We will introduce the sustainable initiatives of hotels across the country, such as participating in local festivals and events and reducing and recycling food, plastic, and other waste.
