Seasonal bonito cooked semi-raw at low temperature. Enjoy with two types of sauce, a remoulade made from mayonnaise and pickles, and a soy sauce-based red wine sauce.


 
Creamy spaghetti with mushrooms, whitebait and mentaiko

A creamy spaghetti made with Awaji Noodle's chewy fresh pasta and mentaiko, which goes perfectly with autumn mushrooms, and a sauce made with fresh cream and shellfish stock. Topped with shirasu.

Australian beef, which is low in fat and has just the right amount of elasticity, is made into a fragrant steak.
This Japonaise sauce is based on Osaka's famous "Shinsei Shoyu" soy sauce and contains grated Senshu onions and apples from Osaka.
