Article 1 Scope of Application of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to our company and users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
Article 2: The Service
This service refers to accepting reservations from users for accommodation at accommodations provided by our company through our website in a manner specified by our company.
Article 3 Accommodation Reservation Procedure
When a User uses this Service to make a hotel reservation, the User will be required to register the information requested by the Company, such as name, email address, and contact details, in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.
Article 4: Confirmation of Accommodation Reservation
A reservation for accommodation made through this service will be considered complete when a message indicating that the application procedure has been completed is displayed on your browser, or when we send you an email notifying you of the confirmed reservation details.
Article 5 Cancellation of accommodation reservation
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4, if our company determines that a user has violated these terms and conditions or has engaged in any act prohibited by Article 6, we may cancel the accommodation reservation without prior notice.
Article 6 Prohibitions
The following actions are prohibited when using this service.

Article 7 Cancellation and changes to accommodation reservations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the accommodation facility via this service or by telephone.

If you wish to change your reservation, please contact the relevant accommodation facility by telephone, or cancel your previous reservation through this service and make a new reservation.
Article 8 Personal Information Protection
The handling of user information and usage history obtained by us in the course of providing this service will be in accordance with the TOKYU HOTELS Privacy Policy.
Article 9 Suspension of the Service
We may temporarily suspend this service without prior notice when we are conducting maintenance or inspection of our server or when it becomes necessary to suspend the reservation system urgently.
Article 10 Disclaimer

If a user causes inconvenience or damage to others by using this service, the parties involved shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and we shall not be held responsible in any way.

We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage suffered by the User as a result of being unable to use the Service due to the circumstances described in the preceding article or a malfunction of the communication environment, etc.

If any problem arises regarding the use of this service regarding matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the parties involved shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to resolve the problem.

If a dispute arises regarding the use of this service that cannot be resolved through discussion between the parties, it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Japan at a court having jurisdiction over our company's location.
