Auspicious item! Year-end and New Year's limited, large fried Sakura shrimp lunch
Shrimp is said to be a symbol of longevity, growth, development, and good fortune. Therefore, during the New Year period, when there are many opportunities to dine with family or in groups, we have prepared a lunch of Sakura Shrimp with Kakiage to wish our customers good fortune!
The fragrant and filling tempura made with 70g of sakura shrimp goes well with soba, udon, rice bowls, and any other dish.

Deep-fried Sakura Shrimp and Kudzu Soba

Soba noodles are considered a lucky food for the New Year. They are said to have been eaten since the Edo period as a way to "cut off the hardships and misfortunes of the year." The dish comes with refreshing inari sushi made with wasabi stems from Kawazu, Izu.
Deep-fried Sakura Shrimp and Kudzu Udon

"New Year Udon" celebrates the arrival of the new year. This auspicious red and white lunch consists of "white udon noodles with red sakura shrimp" served with deep-fried sakura shrimp.
