A curry made with Izu venison shank, simmered until tender in flavorful bouillon.
Izu venison is processed quickly and appropriately, so it has almost no gamey smell, and is cooked at a low temperature until it falls apart. It is so tender that it crumbles easily with a spoon, so even children can enjoy it.

This is a hearty seafood curry made with large chunks of Izu turban shells.
The distinctive black roux is rich and flavorful with squid ink. This is Melesea's original curry that you should definitely try this summer.
