Demonstration and buffet menu: Over 40 items available (90 minute limit)

Students from Shimoda High School have been working on a local social issue with the theme of "coexistence between animals and humans" by developing gibier dishes.
It has received high praise, winning awards at business contests and game cooking contests.
The restaurant is also holding its first collaborative project with IZU-IMAIHAMA TOKYU HOTEL which serves game dishes as part of the food SDGs.

Shimoda High School Life Science Club's 9th Game Cooking Contest submissions are now available!
Using game caught off the Izu Peninsula, we serve easy-to-eat, delicious dishes.
・Chilled gibier soba (venison)
・Gibier paella (wild boar)
*Students from Shimoda High School will be participating on April 19th (Sat) and 20th (Sun).

Demonstration Menu

* Roast beef from Kagoshima black beef thigh (A5 rank) with jus de boeuf sauce and Japanese style sauce
*Pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano (meat sauce, mushroom cream sauce)
*Low-temperature cooking of domestic chicken with black vinegar and sesame sauce, served with nishiki vegetables

Buffet Menu

Hors d'oeuvres (5 kinds), mixed sandwiches, various salads, prosciutto and John Dory in piperade style with white wine sauce
Deep fried golden-eyed snapper in soy milk soup, various side dishes, fried chicken and fried dish of the day, grilled Spanish mackerel with mayonnaise and lemon aroma, corn soup
Slow-cooked pork loin with balsamic red wine sauce, shrimp and onion rice, rice, two kinds of bread
Assorted fruits, coffee, black tea, iced oolong tea
