We offer "Wasan," a mineral water made from underground water that springs from 150 meters underground on Mount Fuji.
It is used as the brewing water for the sake "Hakuin Masamune" at Takashima Sake Brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Wasan is an ultra-soft water with a hardness of 0.8mg. It passes through the filters of nature and has a mellow mouthfeel and gentle sweetness.
