Mikuni Izu Kogen
Mikuni Izu Kogen is a restaurant produced by Chef Seizo Mikuni, owner of "Hôtel de Mikuni" and located at Shizuoka Izu Kogen, Ito City. Chef Shota Sasaki, formerly chef at Mikuni Marunouchi, serves carefully and beautifully prepared Mediterranean cuisine using the freshest seafood, freshly picked vegetables grown in the fertile soil and sun of Izu, and other carefully selected ingredients.
The building was designed by architect Kengo Kuma, and its impressive wooden structure creates a simple yet powerful space, while the glass walls around the perimeter of the building offer a magnificent view of Sagami Bay. The restaurant creates a unique emotional experience that can only be experienced here, filling the body and soul with high quality space and food.
Plan course "The glow of the sea"
We offer a "Sea Sparkle" course as an accommodation plan.
The restaurant focuses on fresh fish caught in Sagami Bay, and uses a variety of cooking methods to bring out the flavor of ingredients from Shizuoka and Izu, such as vegetables, fruit, and Olive oil, depending on the season of the day.

Japanese Kaiseki dinner
For dinner, we will serve the Yunagi Kaiseki course meal at the Japanese restaurant Nanadaru.

Please use Izukyu Railway or your car to get to Mikuni Izu Kogen. There is no shuttle service from the hotel.

The last free shuttle bus from Kawazu Station to the hotel leaves at 16:50. After that, please use Imaihama Kaigan Station (about a 5-minute walk).
