In addition to the digital membership card that can be displayed on the web check-in and check-out screens, TOKYU HOTELS official app also has a digital membership card function. You can display it on your smartphone or other device and use it.
How to display your digital membership card
1. Tap "Login" on the top page
2. Log in to My Page
3. Tap "Web Check-in/Check-out"
4. Tap "Membership Card"
5. A digital membership card according to your status will be displayed.
TOKYU HOTELS official app
1. Tap the icon on the top right of the home screen or the membership card button.
2. Your membership card will be displayed. You can also tap the magnifying glass next to the barcode number to enlarge the barcode and membership number.
