Changes to membership status criteria
Starting from July 2023, we have set two criteria for determining membership status: the "cumulative points" and "annual points" earned by customers. However, in order to design a simpler and easier to understand system, we have eliminated the cumulative points requirement and changed the determination to be based only on annual points.

Changes to the Comfort Points eligibility for stays
From January 2026, all reservations made through travel agencies and travel booking sites will not be eligible for Comfort Points.
Please take advantage of our official website reservations, which offer the best rates and great points.
