A JR Motomachi Station
①JR Motomachi Station West Exit Ticket Gate
Please exit through the West Exit ticket gate and proceed to the left.
②Slope on the south side of the West Exit
If you proceed through ①, please use the slope that is right in front of you. (It will curve to the left and proceed.)
③ Passage along the JR tracks
After getting off the slope at ②, continue straight for a while.
④In front of the JR Motomachi Station East Exit and in front of the Motomachi Station Police Box
After about 3 minutes, you will see the JR Motomachi Station East Exit on your left and the Motomae Station Police Box in front of you. Turn right just before the Motomachi Station Police Box.
⑤JR Motomachi Station East Exit - Crosswalk to the south
Turn right at ④ and cross the large crosswalk in front of you. (You will see a large sign for the entrance to "Sannomiya Center Street" (arcade) on your left across the street.)
⑥ Passage heading towards Daimaru Department Store (south side)
Cross the crosswalk at ④ and continue straight along the road for a while. (You will see the Daimaru department store ahead on your left.)
⑦Choanmon Gate in Nankinmachi
Soon you will see the Choanmon Gate, the east entrance to Nankinmachi, on your right, so continue straight.
⑧Hotel main entrance
Once you pass by the Choanmon Gate in Nankinmachi, you will see Excelsior Cafe on your right, and beyond that is the main entrance to the hotel. Enter through the entrance and take the elevator to the reception on the second floor.
B Hanshin Railway Motomachi Station
①Hanshin Railway Motomachi Station West Exit Ticket Gate (Located on the 1st basement floor)
Please enter through the West Exit ticket gate and proceed to the left.
②West Exit ticket gate (inside the station) Passage to the left side of the elevator hall
Proceed to your left (Motomachi-dori 2-3-chome side) and take the elevator to the 1st floor.
③The point where you get off the elevator
Once you get off the elevator and exit the station, turn right.
④ Passage to Koikawasuji intersection (in front of the JR Motomachi Station East Exit)
After turning right at ③, continue straight for a while.
⑤Koikawasuji intersection (in front of the east exit of JR Motomachi Station)
After about 3 to 4 minutes, you will see the east exit of JR Motomachi Station on your left across Prefectural Route 21, then turn right.
⑥ Passage heading towards Daimaru Department Store (south side)
After turning right at ⑤, go straight for a while. (You will see the Daimaru department store ahead on the left.)
⑦Choanmon Gate in Nankinmachi
Soon you will see the Choanmon Gate, the east entrance to Nankinmachi, on your right, so continue straight.
⑧Hotel main entrance
Once you pass by the Choanmon Gate in Nankinmachi, you will see Excelsior Cafe on your right, and beyond that is the main entrance to the hotel. Enter through the entrance and take the elevator to the reception on the second floor.
C Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line Kyukyoryuchi-Daimarumae Station
① Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line Kyukyoryuchi-Daimarumae Station ticket gate (located on the first basement floor)
After passing through the ticket gate, please proceed to the left.
② Passage from the ticket gate to the elevator hall
Please proceed towards Exit 2, take the elevator in front of the exit and get off on the 1st floor.
③The point where you get off the elevator
After getting off the elevator, proceed to the intersection diagonally ahead to the right (Motomachi-dori 1-chome).
④ Southbound (towards Daimaru department store) intersection signal
Cross the traffic light in front of the Daimaru department store, then cross another traffic light to the entrance to Motomachi Shopping Arcade (there is a large stained glass sign with KOBE MOTOMACHI written on it at the entrance to the arcade). (Turn right in two stages)
⑤The passage from the entrance of Motomachi Shopping Street to the hotel
After crossing the traffic lights at ④, turn left and go straight.
⑥Nankinmachi Chouanmon Gate
Soon you will see the Choanmon Gate, the east entrance to Nankinmachi, on your right, so continue straight.
⑦Hotel main entrance
Once you pass by the Choanmon Gate in Nankinmachi, you will see Excelsior Cafe on your right, and beyond that is the main entrance to the hotel. Enter through the entrance and take the elevator to the reception on the second floor.
