From the blossoms of spring to the greenery of early summer, enjoy the sweetness of Japanese sweets and strawberries
Matsue Tea Ceremony Afternoon Tea

The sixth installment of the Matsue Tea Ceremony Culture Afternoon Tea series is "The Tea Ceremony Culture of Enjoying the Changing Seasons from Spring to Early Summer."

The Japanese sweets prepared monthly by San'ei-do, a long-established shop representing Matsue, are carefully crafted masterpieces that are ahead of the season.
The tarts and cream puffs are made with Akihime apples, which have an exquisite balance of sweetness and sourness, and with every bite, the fresh fruit juice spreads across your tongue.
The Strawberry Catalana is caramelized right before your eyes and features fresh slices of strawberry encased in rich cream.
You can also enjoy Japanese sweets that combine bittersweetness with a refined sweetness, such as the "Matcha Macaroons" and the "Tiramisu Matcha," which is a perfect blend of the creamy, rich flavor of mascarpone and the flavor of matcha.

For savory dishes, we offer "Rye Country Croque Monsieur," which combines the fragrant and simple sweetness of the dough with the saltiness of the cheese, "Beef Tongue Stew," and "Orange and Strawberry Soup."

You can choose from five types of tea and coffee to enjoy with your meal.
Please come and enjoy your tea time at Mosoro.
