Collaboration food menu

"Haikyu!!" School Collection Plate: 2,300円

The plates are based on the colors of each school in the anime "Haikyu!!". Karasuno High School has a rich pizza topped with salami and cheese, baked in an "orange" color and topped with bra-pa sauce. Nekoma High School has a "red" salad with a dressing that combines dragon fruit and beets. Fukurodani Academy has a rich "charcoal gray" mushroom soup. Enjoy the animal silhouettes hidden on the plate.

The famous "Volleyball" Dome at the Tonohama Hotel: 1,900円

This volleyball sweet was created with the desire to provide a special experience to our guests, and is unique to Itadaki Hotel. The white chocolate dome is filled with orange and strawberry sorbet, fruit jelly, and yogurt espuma. Just break it open and enjoy, as if you were spiking the ball!

Hinata and Kenma sandwich: 2,100円

A plate of egg sandwiches inspired by Hinata and tarts inspired by Kenma. Fried squid with sour cream and dill flavor.

September 19th (Thursday) - October 31st (Thursday)

"Karasuno High School" Plate: 2,500円

This special plate features Hinata, Kageyama, and Tsukishima's favorite dishes arranged in a hotel-style style. Hinata's dish is cheese risotto with raw egg on top, with a fluffy egg on top. Kageyama's dish is a soup curry with plenty of ingredients, including deep-fried pork. Tsukishima's dish is a shortcake-style sandwich of salmon and salmon rillettes garnished with fruit pickles. Please enjoy these unique dishes.

November 1st (Friday) - December 13th (Thursday)

"Nekoma High School" Pasta: 2,100円

This seafood tomato sauce pasta was inspired by Nekoma High School. The chewy pasta, entangled with the rich sauce, represents the supple and sticky play that characterizes Nekoma High School. In addition to the ingredients of squid, octopus, and shrimp, it is topped with grilled saury. Enjoy the teamwork that each ingredient weaves together.

December 14th (Sat) - January 31st (Fri)

"Fukurodani Academy" Taco Rice: 2,200円

This taco rice is inspired by Fukurodani Academy. The ochre saffron rice is topped with meat in a tomato sauce colored with squid ink. Inspired by the banner that reads "Put your soul into the ball," a soft-boiled egg volleyball is placed in the center. Please enjoy this dish with the "Ace's Mindset" in mind.

Hinata Shoyo's Spark Orange: 1,700円

An orange, mango and mandarin jelly drink inspired by Hinata. The popping candy sprinkled on top represents the energetic Hinata.

Kageyama Tobio's Spicy Mojito: 1,600円

A cool drink inspired by Kageyama. Topped with black pepper, it is a spicy and refreshing mojito.

Tsukishima Hotaru's Sherbet Soda: 1,800円

This drink is based on yellow passion fruit, reminiscent of Tsukishima, and is topped with sherbet and crushed jelly.

Kozume Kenma's Apple Pie Soda: 1,800円

This drink is inspired by polishing, and is an apple pie flavored drink topped with vanilla ice cream.

Kuroo Tetsuro's Black Cranberry Soda: 1,600円

This drink has two layers of red and black, reminiscent of Kuroo, and is made with cranberry-based soda and crushed jelly.

Kotaro Bokuto's Ginger Lemonade: 1,600円

This ginger-flavored lemonade drink is inspired by Bokuto and uses plenty of refreshing lemon.

Kyoji Akaashi's Vinegar Drink: 1,700円

A fatigue recovery support drink inspired by Akaashi. Fruit vinegar and grapefruit juice with yellow flowers resembling rape blossoms.

This is a take-out sweets box sold at Estacion Café, lounge on the 5th floor of the hotel.
The hotel's pastry chef has prepared a three-tiered box filled with handmade sweets inspired by the characters and worldview of the anime "Haikyu!!"
