If multiple members stay in the same room, reward points will only be awarded to one person (the member whose name is registered at the hotel).

If you use a free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail, the email may be moved to the "spam" folder or may not be delivered.

If you have set up domain-specific reception to prevent spam, emails may not be delivered correctly.
Please set your email settings to receive emails from "tokyuhotels.co.jp".

This also applies if you sign up for membership when making a reservation or checking in.

If you check in to the same hotel within 24 hours of checking out, it will be considered as one stay.

You cannot choose the prize.

Please note that if the winner's address or relocation is unknown, or if the prize cannot be delivered due to an extended absence, the winner's rights to the prize may be invalidated.
