Guests staying with a member's referral
If a reservation is made directly from a member, the special member rate will be applied even if only non-members are staying at the hotel. Please state this at the time of reservation.

In the case of accommodation, points will be awarded at the time of payment. The room eligible for points will be the one in which the member stays. In the case of accommodation under Article 1 (1), the room for which the member has paid will also be eligible for points. If two or more members use one room, points will be awarded to each person or pro rata for the amount used. Points will only be awarded if the member himself/herself uses the room. If the member himself/herself does not use the room and only pays, points will not be awarded.

Points will also be awarded when a member stays at a hotel and the accommodation fee (all or part) is paid by a contracted company, mutual aid association, etc., or by a third party, or when a pre-purchased ticket is used, etc. However, if the member himself does not know the amount used, points will be awarded for the amount of 5,000 yen used, multiplied by the number of people in the room and the number of nights stayed by the member himself.

Points will not be awarded for payments other than the room rate (food and drinks in the refrigerator, pay TV, telephone charges, parking fees, etc.).

If you stay at a hotel where the fare is eligible for airline mileage accrual, you will receive Comfort Points in addition to the regular mileage accrual.

Eligible points are for meals and beverages at participating restaurants (including seat charges, table charges, and private room charges), room service from the restaurant, and take-out food and beverages. Other payments (such as cigarettes) are not eligible for points.

Points will only be awarded if the member uses the service. If the member does not use the service but only pays, points will not be awarded. If two or more members use the service, points will be awarded to one person or pro rata based on the amount used.

If a member dine at an eligible restaurant and a third party pays in full or in part, points will still be awarded. However, if the member does not know the total amount, 100 points will be awarded multiplied by the number of people dining at the restaurant.

Points will not be awarded if the restaurant is rented for exclusive use.

If a Member holds their wedding reception at TOKYU HOTELS, 10,000 points will be presented to each couple at the time of payment.

If a person introduced by a member holds their wedding reception at TOKYU HOTELS, the member who introduced them will receive 5,000 points for each wedding reception. Only one member per wedding reception is eligible.

For the points stipulated in paragraph 4 of this article, 1,000 bonus points will be added for every 5,000 points earned each year. Note that the bonus points added pursuant to this paragraph are not included in the points earned that are the basis for calculating the bonus.

Bonus points will be added for the entire year at the end of January of the following year. ("Year" refers to January 1st to December 31st.)

You can use 1 point for 1 yen when paying for accommodation and restaurants at TOKYU HOTELS. However, there are some facilities that are eligible for points but cannot accept them. Please check our website for details.

Exchange for TOKYU POINTS
If you have any of the following credit cards issued by Tokyu Card Co., Ltd., you can exchange them for "TOKYU POINTS".

Regarding the exchange method, 2,000 points will be exchanged for 2,000 "TOKYU POINT" points. "TOKYU POINT" can be used at "TOKYU POINT" affiliated stores, including Tokyu Group stores and facilities. (For more information on "TOKYU POINT", please visit the Tokyu Card Co., Ltd. website.)
To exchange for "TOKYU POINTS", you can apply for an exchange on our website. "TOKYU POINTS" will be added to your card approximately two weeks after the application. However, if you have cards in ② and ③ above, you can exchange for "TOKYU POINTS" without applying each time by applying for the "TOKYU POINT Transfer Service" with Tokyu Card Co., Ltd.

10,000 points can be exchanged for a 10,000 yen TOKYU HOTELS gift card that can be used at TOKYU HOTELS. Please apply for an exchange on our website or at our office. TOKYU HOTELS gift card will be sent to your registered address approximately two weeks after your application.

You can use 1 point for 1 yen to settle charges at other facilities. However, there are some facilities that do not allow you to use points even if they are eligible for points. For details, please contact the facility in question.

Your membership status for the following year will be determined based on your accumulated points (as of midnight on December 31) and annual points (from January 1 to December 31). The applicable period for your new membership status will be from April 1 of the following year to March 31 of the year after that.

Gold Members, Platinum Members, Diamond Members, and Black Members will be issued a membership card with an expiration date printed on it.

Earn 2 points for every 100 yen of accommodation fee (5+2=7 points)
