Information on affiliated parking lots
Guests coming by car are asked to use the hotel's affiliated parking lot.
Each facility has different vehicle height restrictions and exit procedures, so please check the list below.
For overnight stays

[How to leave the parking lot] Please insert the parking ticket that has been validated at the front desk into the payment machine at the parking lot exit gate. When re-entering the parking lot, please take a new parking ticket and present it at the front desk.

[Vehicle height limit] Up to 2.1m
[How to leave the parking lot] Before leaving the parking lot, please present the parking ticket and the voucher given to you at the hotel front desk at the management office at the entrance to the parking lot. When re-entering the parking lot, please obtain a new parking ticket, and when leaving the parking lot again, please present the parking ticket at the management office in the same way.

When using Restaurant Ricomonte
If you use one of the affiliated parking lots listed above, you will receive 2 hours of free parking if you spend 5,000 yen or more.
*Please present the parking ticket issued at the entrance gate of the affiliated parking lot to the Ricomonte staff.
*If the above conditions are not met or the parking lot is full, please use other nearby parking lots.
*When guests use the hotel's parking lot or a contracted parking lot, regardless of whether the car key is deposited with the hotel, the hotel is merely lending the space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle. However, if the hotel causes damage through intentional or negligent acts on the part of the hotel in managing the parking lot, the hotel will be liable for compensation.
