Monsieur J

This macaron and French pastry specialty shop was opened in Toyama City in 2013 by Jocelyn Rambod, a French pastry chef who has honed his skills in hotels and restaurants around the world.
They sell over 20 types of macarons that make the most of the flavor of the ingredients, including black currant, chocolate, and local sake.

Yamafuji Vineyards and Horaisan Winery

The oldest vineyard and winery in Toyama (established in 1927) will celebrate its 100th anniversary in three years.
Approximately 40 varieties of grapes are grown on the 6 hectare fields, and the wine is brewed and sold on its own.
Various events such as grape picking experiences and night farming are held for limited periods.
