About Reservations
Reservations can usually be made 90 days in advance, and some hotels allow reservations more than 90 days in advance.
Some hotels may accept same-day reservations, subject to availability.
When making reservations online, the maximum number of nights and rooms per application is 10 nights and 5 rooms. If you would like to stay for a longer period or for more rooms, please contact the reservation line or call each hotel.
Please note that for consecutive nights, depending on the hotel, you may be asked to settle your bill when you check in or during your stay.

Please note that we have limited room availability for online reservations. Depending on the room occupancy, you may not be able to make a reservation.
Even if there are no rooms available online, you may be able to make a reservation by calling the hotel directly.

The price shown at the time of booking is the basic accommodation price for the accommodation plan that you will pay at the time of your stay.

Reservation confirmation and reservation number
Please check the details of your reservation on the "Reservation Complete" page. Please make sure to write down the reservation number listed here, as it will be required when confirming or cancelling your reservation.
You can also send a reservation confirmation email to your registered (or preferred) email address from the "Reservation Confirmation" page.
How to cancel
On the "Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation" page, enter your reservation number (the number you were notified of when you completed your reservation) and email address, and then click the "Next" button.
If you are a COMFORT MEMBERS Member, please enter your email address and password and press the [Login] button.
The current reservation status will be displayed. Please check it and press the [Cancel] button.
You can also send a cancellation confirmation email to your registered (or preferred) email address via the "Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation" page.
If you wish to cancel your stay, please be sure to complete the cancellation procedure.
How to change your reservation
Reservations cannot be changed online. If you wish to make changes, please make a new reservation and then cancel your current reservation, or contact the hotel by phone.
