伊豆・河津町のマンゴー農家「森ファーム」で採れたアップルマンゴーとキーツマンゴーを、収穫状況に合わせて使用します。
香り豊かなアップルマンゴーは柔らかな果肉で 糖度が高く、キーツマンゴーは繊維質が少なく口の中で溶けるほどの滑らかな舌ざわりが特徴。
河津産マンゴーは生産農家が1軒のみ、収穫量もごくわずかで、一般の市場にはほとんど流通しない希少なフルーツです。

An original parfait featuring Izu new summer oranges, which are in season around early summer.
The bright yellow New Summer Orange is very juicy! Unlike other citrus fruits, the white part (the inner peel) can also be eaten as is.
We use Izu citrus fruits that are in season and harvested at the time of the harvest, such as "Seminole" with its sweetness and rich juice, and "Amanatsu" with its refreshing flavor that combines bittersweetness and sweet and sourness. Fresh citrus fruits are not processed. Please enjoy the deliciousness and flavor of Izu citrus fruits.

The parfait is layered with sweets such as jam made from sweet oranges and honey from Takahashi Beekeeping in Shimoda City, jelly made with juice from new summer oranges produced by Izu Agricultural Cooperative, langue de chat and cinnamon cookies made with Fujieda green tea, and custard cream made with Izu milk.

A rich-tasting pudding handmade by a pastry chef using milk from Izu, egg yolks from Shizuoka Prefecture, and vanilla beans from Madagascar.
First try it as is, then add your favorite flavor.
The sauce is a bittersweet caramel sauce handmade by our pastry chef, seasonal fruit sauce from Izu, and Kawazu full moon salt, which can only be harvested on full moon nights.
Enjoy the flavors of Izu with these three different tastes!
