With the addition of new features, guests can now register their information and prepay for their stay using the app.
By simply registering in advance, you can smoothly check in after arriving at the hotel by holding the QR code displayed on the app up to a dedicated terminal. You can also check out by tapping a button on the app, and pay for any additional services you use during your stay from the app.
To use the web check-in function, you must register as a TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS Member.
