Restaurant Mosoro will be hosting a dinner buffet that can be enjoyed from spring through early summer.
The main dish that you can enjoy during the entire event is the "sirloin steak" cooked by the chef in the live kitchen! The meat is lean and has a chewy texture that is very satisfying to eat!
We also recommend you try our "Garlic Rice," which has an appetizing garlic aroma.
We also offer a platter of four kinds of kushikatsu and a platter of three kinds of dim sum.
The spring-only menu, available from March 10th (Mon) to April 15th (Tue), will fill your mouth with spring, with dishes such as "Sea Bream Kombu-jime Oshizushi Wrapped in Sakura Leaf," which combines the elegant flavor of kombu-jime sea bream with the soft aroma of cherry blossoms, and "Conger eel Domyoji steamed," which resembles a sakura mochi. The sweets are made with a generous amount of strawberries and cherry blossoms, so you can enjoy spring with your eyes as well.
The menu for April 16th (Wed) to June 6th (Fri) will feature a refreshing lineup of dishes such as "Kotoura Salmon with Sansho Oil," which has the refreshing spiciness and aroma of Sansho, "Junsai Plum Somen," and "Japanese-style Deep-fried Summer Vegetables Marinated in Water." The dessert "Butterfly Pea Jelly and Grapefruit" has a refreshing pale gradation from blue to purple.
