Talisker 10 Year Old
The nose is tickled by the rough aroma of sea breeze and smoke. When you put it in your mouth, the spicy black pepper stimulates your tongue and the sensation of sea spray hitting your cheek spreads. Along with the strong peat aftertaste, the white waves crashing against the steep cliffs, the gray sky, and the howling wind come to mind. The taste is characterized by the harsh nature of the Isle of Skye.
Talisker 25 Year Old
As you slowly tilt the glass, the aroma of a soft sea breeze and ripe fruit rises. The smoke blends gently, like a calm sea bathed in the setting sun. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of caramel and honey spreads, and then the depth of spice and oak emerges.
