    How far in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    We accept reservations up to one year in advance, excluding days when we are fully booked.
    Online reservations through the hotel's official website can be made up to six months in advance.

    Can I apply for an online accommodation plan over the phone?

    A.

    We are sorry, but we cannot accept your request over the phone. Please apply online.

    Can I wait for cancellations?

    If I cancel my reservation, from when will the cancellation fee be charged?

    A.

    In the case of reservations made by phone, in accordance with our company regulations, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged for reservations made after 3:00 p.m. the day before, 100% for reservations made on the day of, and 100% for reservations made without showing up. For details, please check the Terms of Use and Accommodation Contract on our website.

    Reservations made through travel agencies or online may not comply with our regulations.

    Wheelchair access is available in all restaurants.
    Loire does not allow entry to children under elementary school age, and Fontana di Trevi does not allow entry to customers under 20 years of age.

    If you have decided on your plans, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance. (Reservations cannot be made for breakfast.)
    We accept cancellations and changes in the number of people, but if you do not show up and do not contact us, we may charge a cancellation fee.
    In addition, for special menus, if you make a reservation through a travel agency or online reservation site, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the route.
    If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 6 days prior to the reservation date, during the restaurant's business hours.

    Loire, Nadaman and Nankoku Shuka offer meeting plans.
    There are also restaurants that can arrange or introduce you to betrothal gifts, so please contact the restaurant of your choice.
