Nadaman 's "Prefectural Direct Farm Fair" began in 2018 with the aim of promoting Japanese culinary culture both domestically and internationally, and has been well received every time. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event. This commemorative 10th event is titled the "Hokuriku 4 Prefectures Fair" and will feature Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui. A special course will be sold using ingredients and local cuisine from the four prefectures, supervised by Nadaman Executive Chef Tetsuya Uemura. In addition, sake from the four Hokuriku prefectures will be available to go with the food.

This event also serves as a means of supporting the recovery of the Hokuriku region, which suffered devastating damage from the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. In addition to using ingredients from the prefecture, the restaurant will donate a portion of the sales, including 100 yen per course meal, to Ishikawa.
