Snow crab
sandwich

[Demonstration] A sandwich made with snow crab and bread from "Okameya," a local favorite, that is unique to Hokkaido. A dish that will appeal to both Western and Japanese food lovers.

Seafood rice bowl

Salmon roe, shrimp, salmon, egg, cucumber... You can add as much as you like to your rice in a bowl. Add the rich "sea urchin soy sauce" for an even richer flavor.

Sapporo Miso Ramen

Speaking of Sapporo, it's miso ramen! The rich soup goes well with the chewy, high-hydration noodles of Nishiyama Ramen, a favorite among Hokkaido natives. It's a delicious, smooth dish to have on a morning when you don't have much of an appetite.
