For breakfast, we offer a menu centered around ingredients from Hokkaido, as well as "Sumitatetsukomeshi" (Coal, Iron and Port Rice), a dish registered as a Japanese Heritage.
For lunch, we offer a different menu each month, using ingredients sourced from each city, town, and village.
While in Susukino, you can experience Hokkaido's history and culture and enjoy seasonal flavors.
Additionally, the shop on the 7th floor sells items mainly from local artists, supervised by the select shop "FAbULOUS."
The Premium Lounge on the 18th floor serves coffee supervised by Eijiro Goto of Marumi Coffee, a specialty coffee shop in Sapporo.
There are many other examples of collaboration with the local community scattered throughout the museum, too numerous to mention.

Every evening, we offer "HAPPY HOUR," a service standardized under the STREAM brand.
Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy free alcohol in the lobby before heading out.
We will also collaborate with Sapporo clubs and DJs to liven up the atmosphere with DJ events at the restaurant on weekends.
In addition, there will be many new discoveries and experiences, such as acoustic music events featuring local artists, events combining yoga and food, exhibitions by Hokkaido creators, events where you can enjoy local sake, workshops, and more.

The amenity package is designed with a copy introducing the local area. The QR code with the words "Enjoy Local!!" introduces tourist spots and stores related to the copy, allowing you to broaden your travels while connecting with the local area.
