Yumepirika "Yoshio's proud rice"
At SPLISH, we offer "Yumepirika" from Zensho Farm.
Soil preparation
Rice straw compost, rice husk compost, shellfish, seaweed, coral fossils, and rice bran are mixed and spread over all the paddy fields. Even the rice straw and rice husks, which would normally be thrown away, are composted without leaving any waste, and this complete recycling agriculture, which "returns organic matter other than rice to the soil," improves the taste of the rice.
Rice quality control
After harvesting, the rice is dried in two stages using far-infrared rays and hulled to turn it into brown rice. From brown rice to polishing and packaging, the rice goes through many processes, including three passes through a stone remover, two passes through a rice sorter, four passes through a metal detector, and two passes through a color sorter, to ensure that the rice is safe for everyone.

Date City, Hokkaido, is located in the southwestern part of Hokkaido, halfway between Sapporo and Hakodate, the central cities of Hokkaido, and faces Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan to the northwest, and Funka Bay (Uchiura Bay) to the south.
It borders the industrial city of Muroran, and the nationally famous hot spring tourist destinations of Noboribetsu and Toyako. Various industries have developed around primary industries such as agriculture and fisheries, with rice, field crops, dairy farming, and livestock farming being the mainstays of agriculture, and scallop farming and autumn salmon fishing are thriving in the fisheries industry.

Ooya Meat's Golden Pig
Located in the southwest of Hokkaido, Kitakogane-cho, Date City, overlooking Funka Bay. Ooya Meat Farm is located on a hilltop where a cool breeze blows, and is blessed with underground water that springs from the mountain behind the farm, where healthy golden pigs are raised vigorously. This is a locally-made brand of pork that is loved by locals, raised by the hands of people who care for the lives of pigs from pig farming to meat processing, and the blessings of Hokkaido 's nature.

Sangen pork with delicate meat quality. From breeding the breeding pigs to fattening the piglets, we take great care in raising pigs with finely textured meat and deep flavor.

Healthy whey pigs. Fresh whey provided by a dairy factory in the same city of Date is used to feed the piglets.

They are raised over a long period of time. While regular pigs are raised for around 150 days, Golden Pigs are raised for 180 days as standard.

Date City is one of the leading agricultural producing areas in Hokkaido, taking advantage of its geographical conditions of a warm climate throughout the year and well-drained volcanic ash soil to produce a wide variety of vegetables. It is home to early spring vegetables that can be harvested and shipped earlier than other regions, and winter vegetables that can be steadily shipped even in winter thanks to greenhouse cultivation.

3-day limited "Summer Dinner Buffet 2024 ~Meat Power~"
A dinner buffet will be held with a luxurious menu incorporating French elements, where you can enjoy beef, pork, lamb, chicken, venison, duck, and other meats! In addition to meat dishes, the lineup will include about 40 dishes, such as "Tantetsukiko Meshi," a menu from the "Tantetsukiko" area, which has been certified as a Japanese Heritage site as part of the hotel's efforts to promote regional cooperation, a menu where the chef will cook right in front of you, and desserts made by the pastry chef.
We also recommend trying the ultimate combination of meat and alcohol in a cool restaurant setting, with an all-you-can-drink option of about 35 types of drinks.
