The buffet will be available for one day only and will include a selection of seasonally themed dishes from the first four editions of "STREAM Afternoon Tea" (Strawberry, Jewelry Box, Halloween, Christmas), as well as a variety of sweets only available on this day. You can enjoy as much of the chef's prepared dishes as you like, such as roasted Hokkaido beef, pan-fried red sea bream, and Date Golden Pig au Foil!

SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL 1st Anniversary Commemorative Promotion

To express our gratitude for your patronage, we plan to develop accommodation plans for Hokkaido residents, SNS campaigns, and collaboration menus with SHIBUYA! We will be announcing them as they become available, so don't miss out on this great opportunity. On the day of the sweets buffet, there will be an event titled "Jack the TV Tower!", in which the Sapporo TV Tower, which can be seen from the restaurant, will be lit up in the unique VI (Visual Identity) colors that symbolize the hotel. On the rooftop terrace on the 18th floor (for guests only), ice sculptures by chef Takashi Fukumoto, who is a member of the NPO Japan Ice Sculpture Society and is involved in multiple activities such as winning various competitions in Hokkaido, will also be exhibited.
