Founded and rooted in the opening of a hotel in 1960, our company will be relaunched in 2023 as TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD., Ltd., a hotel management company within the Tokyu Corporation Group, and will operate and develop the TOKYU HOTELS chain nationwide. In addition to the three TOKYU BRAND HOTELS TOKYU HOTEL, EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU, and TOKYU REI HOTEL, DISTINCTIVE SELECTION brand, which has more distinctive individuality, has opened BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel and HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL HOTEL in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, STREAM HOTEL, a lifestyle brand based in Sapporo and Shibuya, and STORYLINE, a condominium-style hotel on Senaga Island, Okinawa, one after another, welcoming guests with a diverse lineup of brands.

After a long and difficult COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel business has finally entered a new era. With travel restrictions lifted, the joys of travel - "unexpected encounters and stimulation" and "new discoveries and learning" - have been rediscovered, and many tourists around the world are enjoying the opportunity to do so. Here in Japan, too, the lifestyles, culture, and nature of each region are attracting global attention, and it is expected that tourism and travel will become an increasingly important industry in the future. In addition, the value and joy of "people coming together" has been reevaluated, and various meetings and events are being held in many places, adapting to the new era.
