Due to the impact of the 2020 novel coronavirus (COVID-19), many academic conferences have been held online. We believe that this format will become more common in the future to reduce the risk of cancellation due to natural disasters.
Since an important role of academic conferences is to gather in person to engage in passionate discussions and in-depth social interaction, there are an increasing number of cases where a hybrid format of on-site events and webcasts is being requested.
KANAZAWA TOKYU HOTEL works closely with the convention management company to ensure that we are fully prepared to welcome you, including setting up a dedicated internet line for the conference (maximum communication speed of 100-200 mbps), which is essential for the web.
