Kanazawa Fried Noodles

This dish was inspired by Jibuni. It is fried noodles made with duck meat, sudare-fu, komatsuna and chives harvested in Ishikawa, and shrimp. The aroma of Kanazawa Ohno soy sauce used for seasoning will whet your appetite.
*This was selected as the winning meal at the 72nd ALSOK Cup O-sho Championship, held at KANAZAWA TOKYU HOTEL on January 28th and 29th, 2023.

The seasonal menu incorporates the bounty of the sea and mountains of Ishikawa, and we also offer a wide variety of local dishes, such as "Aimaze," an indispensable dish for New Year's osechi dishes and special occasions, and "Eggplant in Dutch Style," a light-flavored dish that is often served cold.

[Demonstration] Thinly sliced beef is grilled in a frying pan to add a fragrant flavor, allowing you to enjoy the light and refreshing taste of the meat itself. Build up your stamina and have a healthy day.
