About accommodation reservations

    How do I make a reservation?

    A.

    Calls can be made at any hotel, or via the Internet 24 hours a day.

    Are bathing and accommodation taxes charged?

    A.

    This is a non-statutory tax to be used to cover the costs of measures to promote sustainable tourism in harmony with civic life, while enhancing the unique attractions of Kanazawa, such as its history, traditions, and culture. The accommodation tax is levied on guests staying at accommodations. (Refer to the Kanazawa City official website)
    Per person per night
    ・For accommodation fees of less than 20,000 yen: 200 yen
    ・For accommodation fees of 20,000 yen or more, 500 yen

    There is no bathing tax.

    Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

    A.

    In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged (100% of the accommodation fee at the time of reservation if cancelled between 3pm the day before and on the day of booking, 100% of the accommodation fee if not shown).
    If cancellation fees vary depending on the plan, the cancellation policy of the plan will apply.
    Please note that in the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to customer reasons (COVID-related reasons, illness, changes to work plans, car breakdown, etc., all reasons other than those on the hotel's side).

    Check-in is from 14:00. If you are going to be more than 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time on the day of your stay, please contact the hotel. If you do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.

    Can I store my luggage before check-in?

    We will keep your belongings for a maximum of one month. Please note that we cannot keep valuables or easily damaged items.

    If you wish to continue using the room after check-out (11:00), an additional fee will be charged.

    Do you have nightwear?

    We have a thin one-piece dress (button front) available in one size.
    Nightwear for children is also available.

    Are there smoking rooms?

    Only non-smoking rooms are available.
    There is a smoking area on the second floor.

    Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

    We have one handicap room equipped with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Please call to reserve.

    Do you have a crib?

    A.

    Baby cribs are available free of charge, so please let us know when you make your reservation. This applies to infants under 1 year old. As the number is limited, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can I prepare fruits, flowers, etc. in the room in advance?

    We will prepare cakes if you let us know by the 3rd day. For birthday and other special occasion cakes, please order at least 5 days in advance. The fee will be charged together with the accommodation fee.

    Children under elementary school age who do not require a bed (sharing a bed) will not be charged an accommodation fee.

    If you stay overnight, you can use the facility for 1,500 yen per night (14:00 to 11:00 the following morning).
    Other than the above, it will cost 150 yen for 30 minutes. The above fee applies even if you stay multiple nights.

    Are there any types of vehicles that cannot be parked in the parking lot?

    Cars (including motorcycles) over 2.1 meters in height cannot be parked in the underground parking lot. We will guide you to a nearby parking lot.

    We participate in the mileage services of JAL and ANA.

    Can I bring a guide dog?

    Guide dogs, service dogs and hearing assistance dogs may be brought along when using the hotel facilities.

    We accept reservations for the restaurant "Marais D'Or" on the second floor of the hotel. We also offer banquet rooms for regular parties.

    We accept last minute reservations on the day of use as long as there are seats available. For group plans, please make your reservation at least one day in advance.

    You can make a provisional reservation. There is no charge for this. After making a provisional reservation, you will generally be asked to respond within one week.

    A constant high-speed internet service (up to 50Mbps) is available in the banquet hall on the 5th floor.
