Stone-grilled kalbi soup with Noto beef and Ono soy sauce
Served with soft-boiled Noto eggs

Noto beef belly is combined with Ishikawa 's "Oono soy sauce" to create a kalbi soup served on a hot stone.
The mellow flavor of the Noto eggs, along with the heat and spiciness perfect for summer, and the clanging of the hot stone dish will whet your appetite.

[Temari Gozen]
Enjoy Ishikawa's seafood meal

The "Seafood All-You-Can-Eat Gozen" is a summer version of the "Temari Gozen" which is a popular item on the grand menu.
For the main course, we have prepared a luxurious meal where you can enjoy three kinds of grilled seafood - abalone, turban shell, and striped shrimp, grilled cutlassfish with salt, and tempura of young sweetfish. We offer Ishikawa's seasonal summer seafood cooked in the most delicious way.
