TOKYU HOTELS offers two types of special coupons (room upgrade coupons and welcome drink coupons) that can be used when staying at the hotel exclusively for Platinum, Diamond, and Black members. The coupons are sent to your registered address once a year.

This voucher is only valid when used by the member himself/herself.

This voucher can be used at any TOKYU HOTELS hotel; however, depending on the accommodation plan, there may be some hotels where the voucher cannot be used or during certain periods.

Room upgrade voucher
Upgrade your reserved room to a room of one grade higher
Regarding the use of this ticket

Please present this voucher to the front desk staff when you check in.

Please note that this voucher may not be available depending on the reservation situation on the day. Also, it cannot be used at overseas affiliated hotels.

There are some room types, such as suites, that cannot be upgraded.

This voucher is valid for one room per day. If you are staying for consecutive nights, you will need a voucher for each night.

Welcome drink voucher
A welcome drink is available at Lounge Origami on the 3rd floor (LF). Please let us know that you would like to use this voucher when you check in.

Each voucher can be used for one drink per person. If you are accompanied by a guest, you can only use the voucher for two drinks including the guest.
